Baseline Administrator Survey

School administrators experience a wide range of demands from students, staff, and parents, and they are pulled from many different directions. This baseline survey will give you a sense of your leaders’ levels of job satisfaction and help you know how to offer support at the district level.

Peer Coaching Plan

Who receives coaching in your district? Is it just new or struggling administrators? We believe that all leaders benefit from a thought partner who can help them brainstorm solutions to their challenges and also help them grow as professionals.

Professional Development Plan

Once we have input from the baseline survey, we will work with your leadership team (school and district leaders) to develop the year-long plan of professional development. We will help you balance top-down as well as bottom-up needs so that both district and site needs will be met during your scheduled administrator meetings.

CPSEL-Aligned Evaluation System

We have created a Competency Checklist that combines the CPSELs with practical, site-based skills and leadership competencies based on several other leadership rubrics found in the literature.

Strategic Planning & Other District Support
